Have you tried IE8 Beta 2 ?

It works very great. It’s much faster than IE7, back and forward works almost as fast as Opera does

Anyway wait for the release because facebook doesn’t work good, even in compatibility mode the chat doesn’t work.

I think some other heavy AJAX sites will not work as expected because of better compatibility for the standard

Anyway there are so much MS specific features that you want to die again

Enjoy, IE8 will work fast for sure.

x64 Tales

So the story is ending.

Windows x64 is not good enough to all.

I have installed Windows XP x64 in some computer and then I saw that there are no drivers x64 for WebCam.

Vista x64 looks nice, it needs just 1.2Gb RAM to work.

So I may just use XP x64 which doesn’t need 16Gb space just to be intalled.

 

Conclusions:

Windows XP x64 is good enough for now. The future is opened up
